From referral services to appointments to prescription assistance programming, Health Care Network serves as an essential safety-net clinic to the uninsured and underserved population in our community, and we rely on our talented volunteers and incredible supporters to help fulfill our mission.
Recurring gifts allow you to contribute to Health Care Network more frequently without having to think about it; simply see your monthly bank statements and be reminded of the good you’re doing throughout the county. By enrolling in recurring donations with Health Care Network, you are allowing patients like Jacob*, who had not been seen by a doctor for several months, to have access to care. Our dedicated and compassionate staff sat down with Jacob* and assisted him in applying for BadgerCare and a medication assistance program, to both of which he was approved. Your monthly donation also provides for patients like Michael*, who had visited the emergency room for severe dental pain and was referred to services that would cost over $400, something that he just could not afford. Michael* came looking for answers, and Health Care Network was immediately able to admit him into the program and get him to see one of our community dentists that same day. Without the kindhearted support from our community, Jacob, Michael, and many other uninsured members of the Racine community would end up in local emergency departments or go without care all together.
